Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any product for a refund.
Conditions for Returns:
- Products must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging and labels intact.
- Customized or sale items are not eligible for returns.
Subscription Orders: For subscription purchases, you may cancel or modify your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle. If you receive a product that you wish to return, please follow the standard return process.
How to Initiate a Return:

- You will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your product back.
- Securely package the item and include the return authorization in the shipment.
Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund through the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange a product for another, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original following the above process.
